今日も暖かい一日でしたね。

朝、今日は高田道場で10時から練習とのことなのでいつもより早く起きて道場に向かった。10時ちょっと過ぎてたかな。やべっと思い急いで道場に行ったらイワミヤ一人でシャドーやってた。練習仲間の西島さんが来たのは1030。結局練習始めたのは11時から。 西島さん、最近力が着いてきて強く感じる。タックルの切りもうまくなってきている。本当に一勝がほしい西島さん、練習あるのみです。頑張りましょう。練習後に シマスポーツにお願いしていたNEWコスチュームができあがったと電話。いいのかできた！ 今度は赤で行きます！ 道場での練習後、会津くんとウエイト。前回のイギリス、今回もセコンドをしてもらいます。「いや〜、時差惚けはつらかったすね〜。」と。 今回はどうだろうね。まぁ、時差惚け、一緒に苦しみましょうね〜(T_T) 時差惚けは本当につらい！寝れなくて頭ガンガンしてくるしめまいもしてくる。帰国したらベッカムカプセルに入って爆睡したいですよね。 夕 方には練習全部終わって87キロ。まぁ、落ちる範囲内だから少し食べて近所にコーヒー飲みに行きました。 ホッと喉を通るコーヒー。やめられないですね。いつもはケーキを2〜3個食べるけど減量中だから我慢我慢。これが終わってからのリバウンドになるんだよなぁ。減量後、本当に食べまくりです。普通にご飯食べてデザート食べてコンビニでなんかお菓子買ったり。夜はお酒飲みに行って元に戻ります。今回はどうだろう。我慢してキープしようかな。でもつらいんだよなぁ。減量中の楽しみは減量後に好きなものを好きなだけ食べること！ あ〜ぁ、ちくしょ〜！ なんか訳わからないですね(?_?) 長々と失礼しましたm(__)m
